Apply for Funding — Hands of Hope

Schools and organizations are encouraged to apply. Grants are given in amounts up to $5000. We generally select grants from those received by December 31st and notifications are sent out by June 30th.

Your request should be less than 3 pages in length and should include the following:

a description of your organization
detailed description of how the grant will be used
how the funds support the mission of Hands of Hope
a statement qualifying your organization as tax exempt
key contact person and contact information
